Please note: We do not work directly with the women seeking assistance.  Applications are received through our partnering agencies only.  If you are already working with an agency, please check with them to see if they are a Women2Women partner.  If so, they will determine if you meet our criteria and can submit an application.

Below are some of the Weld County organizations that process referrals for Women2Women.  If you are not already working with one of our partnering agencies, don’t hesitate to contact the United Way of Weld County Housing Navigation Center (HNC).

Sometimes to keep housing, it might mean you need assistance with transportation, food, or some other need.  The HNC is not housing only.  The staff there will explore resources and help with a referral.
